PackScena is an AI product image tool for small shops and independent sellers, maintained by an independent developer and currently in invitation testing. We aim to make background creation easier while keeping product accuracy review in your hands.
How we document examples
PackScena maintains the product guides and scene experiments on this site. Each new scene experiment pairs an AI-created source sample with an actual generated output and records its review date, scene description and limitations. These are not customer testimonials.
Automated image checks and visual review are separate steps. We publish remaining concerns alongside the image; a passed automated check is not a guarantee of unchanged labels, color or shape. Public WebP previews are compressed for loading speed, not the original model files.
To report an incorrect claim or image mismatch, email the page link and the detail you noticed to support@packscena.com . We review the source and update the relevant explanation. Dates describe the review, not a promise of current model performance.
Who replies?
The product maintainer uses support@packscena.com to handle trial applications, feedback and deletion requests. This is the contact channel currently listed on the website.
What to include in a report
Describe the problem, when it happened and the job ID if available. Do not send passwords, full invitation codes, payment details or images you cannot share. Redact personal details from screenshots first.
Current limitations
Payments are not yet available, and results are not guaranteed across categories. Website examples use our own design samples with actual API outputs, not customer endorsements. Review lettering, patterns and shapes before publication.
