The product maintainer uses taojun0805@gmail.com to handle trial applications, feedback and deletion requests. This is the contact channel currently listed on the website.

What to include in a report

Describe the problem, when it happened and the job ID if available. Do not send passwords, full invitation codes, payment details or images you cannot share. Redact personal details from screenshots first.

Current limitations

Payments are not yet available, and results are not guaranteed across categories. Website examples use our own design samples with actual API outputs, not customer endorsements. Review lettering, patterns and shapes before publication.
