Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026. Paid-purchase provisions apply only when paid sales open.
Paid launch preview — subscriptions and extra usage are not yet available to purchase. No payment is collected here. The free invitation trial remains separate and never converts automatically to a paid subscription.
How to request a refund
Email taojun0805@gmail.com with your purchase email, Paddle transaction ID and the reason for the request. Include a task ID for a generation problem. Never send a password or full card number. For Paddle purchases you may also use paddle.net or the support link in your receipt.
Unused first subscription payment and top-ups
Within 14 days of the first subscription payment, we offer a full refund if no allowance from that purchase has been used. Each unused extra-usage purchase may also be refunded in full if requested within 14 days of that purchase. This additional offer does not replace more favorable rights under applicable law or Paddle policy.
Renewals and partial use
Automatic renewals and partly used allowances are not covered by our additional unused-first-purchase offer. Report an accidental renewal promptly; we review requests based on usage, circumstances and applicable rights. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed renewal, and we do not automatically prorate unused days. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or claims for defective or misdescribed services.
Duplicate charges, missing delivery and defects
We investigate duplicate charges, missing paid allowance and defective service using payment and task records. Depending on the issue and applicable rights, we will correct delivery, restore affected allowance or arrange an appropriate full or partial refund. Supplier costs alone are not a reason to deny a refund that is otherwise due.
Processing and access
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days; this is a response target, not a guarantee of bank settlement. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by Paddle, subject to its processing times. Refunded allowances are withdrawn or adjusted; unrelated unrefunded purchases are preserved. Usage restoration is not a cash refund.
Canceling a subscription
Before the next renewal, use the customer portal or management link in your Paddle receipt when paid checkout is available. Contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewals; monthly allowance remains usable until the paid period ends. Purchased extra usage remains available until its own 90-day expiry, including after cancellation.
Your applicable rights
Paddle buyer terms and refund policy also apply to Paddle transactions. Mandatory consumer rights and any higher protection remain available regardless of the limits of our additional offer. The free invitation trial has no payment to refund and does not start a subscription.
