One image request uses one image call. Three compositions normally use three image calls, plus vision checks. Scene analysis and image review use vision calls; a revision uses additional image and vision calls. Each job supports one single-image revision. Calls are not a promise of an equal number of approved or commercially usable images.
Two export sizes, 1200×1200 and 1200×1600, are resized and padded versions of the same image, not two separately generated images. Downloading saved results does not start a new model call.
The billing month starts with the first completed subscription payment. After each successful renewal, a new monthly allowance is issued; unused monthly allowance expires at the end of that billing period and does not roll over. Extra usage has its own 90-day expiry. Calls use the eligible allowance that expires first. When either required balance is insufficient, generation stops until you choose to buy more or the next paid renewal completes. There is no automatic top-up or postpaid usage bill.
Prices are in USD before applicable taxes; the checkout will show the tax and total before payment. Paid allowance will be delivered to your verified workspace after payment confirmation. Images remain available for 7 days under our data policy, even when your allowance lasts longer. Save your downloads.
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next renewal after confirmation. The current paid period and its allowance do not change, and there is no mid-cycle charge or prorated allowance. Need more before then? Choose a separately confirmed extra-usage purchase. Changing plans does not restart the first-payment refund window.
A submitted model request may consume allowance even if it fails. For paid usage, report a missing result with its task ID so we can reconcile the request and restore allowance where no result was delivered. We do not automatically resubmit uncertain requests. Restoring usage and refunding money are separate remedies; your refund rights remain available.
The current invitation trial has no order charge. Paid plans and payment features may be introduced later.

If invited, check your assigned allowance in the workspace before generating. Allowance counts model calls, not successful images. AI may change details. We provide side-by-side comparison and an AI check, but cannot guarantee an unchanged product. Check logos, text, outlines, quantity and patterns in every image. Fix clear differences before confirming.
No. AI can identify visible features and suggest two scenes with reasons. You can edit the suggestions or use a preset directly.
Combine a preset, background color, description and reference image. The main image uses a clean solid background; tables, props and lifestyle descriptions apply to the two scene images. References guide the background, not the product.
Upload 1–3 products, with one static JPG, PNG or WebP per product. Each file must be at most 10 MB and at least 600 px on its shortest side. Keep the product complete, sharp and unobstructed. Fine text, transparent materials and reflections need extra checking.
Confirm the first product's three compositions before generating the remaining products. After reviewing every image, download each composition as 1200×1200 and 1200×1600 PNGs in a ZIP organized by product. Images are scaled proportionally and padded without cropping the subject. This does not enhance fine detail or guarantee marketplace approval.
