Paid launch preview — subscriptions and extra usage are not yet available to purchase. No payment is collected here. The free invitation trial remains separate and never converts automatically to a paid subscription.
Who operates PackScena
PackScena is the trading brand of an independent individual developer based in China. Contact support@packscena.com for service, billing and data requests. PackScena provides web-based AI product-image software, not physical products, an investment product or a marketplace for third-party sellers.
Current availability
The free invitation trial is available subject to approval. The published subscription and extra-usage plans describe our intended paid launch and cannot yet be purchased. No payment or automatic renewal starts by applying for the free trial. Paid terms apply only once paid checkout becomes available and a purchase is completed.
Your workspace and content
Use a workspace you are authorized to access and keep access credentials private. Upload only content you have the right to process. You retain your rights in your inputs and authorize processing only as needed to provide the service. We do not automatically publish your uploads as examples. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, private or confidential material.
Purchases and delivery
The pricing page defines each plan, billing period, allowance, extra-usage rate and expiry. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; extra usage requires a separate confirmed purchase. Applicable tax and the total are shown at checkout. After paid launch, completed payments will deliver allowance to the verified workspace. If delivery is missing, contact support with the transaction ID. Do not repurchase to fix a missing entitlement.
Payment provider
We plan to use Paddle as Merchant of Record for paid purchases. Checkout will identify the seller of record and applicable Paddle buyer terms when available. This statement does not mean our account or domain has already been approved by Paddle. We do not collect full payment-card details in our own forms.
AI results and permitted use
AI can change shape, text, color and other product details. Inspect results before publishing. Output rights depend on your input rights, applicable law and the model provider terms; we do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright ownership, marketplace approval or sales results. Exporting a file does not certify product fidelity.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the Paddle receipt/customer portal when available, or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it is not itself a refund. The Refund Policy explains unused purchases, service defects and mandatory rights.
Misuse, changes and responsibility
Do not bypass usage limits, share access for resale or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive use and will handle affected paid entitlements and applicable refund rights rather than treating suspension as an automatic loss of all rights. Changes to future prices will be disclosed before they apply; purchased allowance is governed by the terms recorded for that purchase. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
